By creating a Reloka account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Reloka.

What Reloka is

Reloka is a planning and preparation platform for international students. We provide tools to explore destinations, manage checklists, track finances, store documents, and prepare for relocation.

Reloka is not a university, admissions agency, immigration lawyer, or government authority. Information in the app is for general planning purposes only.

No university affiliation or automatic submissions

Reloka is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any university unless explicitly stated.

We do not file university applications, visa applications, or official submissions on your behalf. Documents in your vault are not automatically sent to institutions. You are responsible for submitting accurate information through official channels yourself.

Document vault

You may upload, view, and delete documents in your private vault. You retain responsibility for the content you upload and for meeting official requirements of your chosen institution and destination country.

Reloka stores copies you provide for your convenience and preparation reminders only.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and profile information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use Reloka only for lawful purposes
• Verify all visa, admissions, and financial decisions with official sources

Subscriptions

Reloka Pro and other paid features are billed through our payment partners. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel subscriptions according to the payment provider's process.

Disclaimer

Reloka provides informational tools and planning support. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, housing, or employment outcomes. Reloka content is not legal, immigration, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reloka and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Reloka in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free tier.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact email above.
